The factory covers a construction area of 48,000 square meters and currently has over 600 employees. It is equipped with modern and advanced production facilities, including more than 60 single and 2 shot molding injection molding machines from Sumitomo, Toyo, Zhafir, Demag and Haitian. We own mold processing equipment such as machining centers from Makino, FANUC and Jingdiao, as well as Makino EDM machines from Japan. There is a Class 10,000 dust-free spraying workshop, equipped with multiple fully automatic spraying lines including flat spraying and robot reciprocating spraying lines. We also have multiple sets of NCVM / VM / EMI colored VM/NCVM/PVD furnaces, several supporting assembly lines, and a full range of testing equipment to ensure product quality.
